Choose tea sets - Use appropriate tea sets

Tea quantity - 190ml tea set, 3-5g tea leaves, ensure the tea to water ratio is moderate. You can add or subtract according to your taste.

Water temperature - 90-100 degrees.

Pouring water - Fill water, cover the bowl, wait 5-10 seconds to pour out the tea, and keep the tea soup golden and translucent. You can also extend the brewing time appropriately according to your personal taste.

Tea and water separation - Use a teapot to brew, and try to separate tea and water.

Number of brewing - Generally 5 times, you can change the tea leaves. (Note: You can choose to wash the tea set and discard it for the first brew of black tea)
