VAT in EU countries
Which countries' VAT does YUYUN cover?
Why is there VAT on your website?
From 1 July 2021, all goods sold online into the EU will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) on EU cross-border business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce activities.
You can refer to the link:https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/eu-consumers_en
For EU orders below 150€, we charge VAT when the customer places the order. We declare it to customs using our IOSS number (IOSS means the VAT is prepaid by the shipper, which means that customs or couriers will not ask for additional payment once the goods arrive in the buyer's country).
Orders over €150 will be taxed upon import into an EU member state.
Do the product prices on the product pages include VAT?
No, the prices on the product pages do not include VAT. VAT will be calculated after you fill in the delivery address.
How much VAT do I need to pay?
VAT is usually charged on the price of the goods (including the price of the goods and the shipping cost) at the VAT rate applicable in the EU country. VAT rates vary depending on the type of goods and the country of destination. We can check VAT from the European Commission website

Do I still need to pay VAT when the parcel arrives to me?
If you pay VAT when placing an order on our website, there will be no additional charges when the package is delivered. If there are any customs or courier charges, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
What should I do if I don't want to pay VAT when I place my order, but want to pay it when the package arrives in my country?
For EU consumers, if you do not want to add taxes when placing an order, but want to clear customs and pay the taxes and additional handling fees charged by local customs, you can choose the "Pay taxes and handling fees yourself" option. (Note: This method will incur additional handling fees when the goods arrive in your country/region, and you need to pay the taxes and additional handling fees charged by local customs yourself. This will incur additional fees in addition to taxes, and the specific amount will only be known when the package arrives in your country/region.)
