As our personalised products are custom made, personalisation can take some time from the moment you place your order.
Shipping times within the US: US orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders during the holiday season may take longer, up to 4 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada and Europe: We expect orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer, up to 5 weeks.

For orders within the United States below $50, we charge according to the logistics and transportation fee reference table
For orders below $50 in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and some European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee according to the logistics and transportation fee reference table. For details, please refer to the total logistics and transportation fee on the checkout page.

• Updates or changes to the delivery address must be made within 30 minutes of purchase.
• Please check your confirmation email and contact us immediately if any changes are required.
• We offer a "Personalized Gift Service". This option may not be suitable for 48-hour delivery, so we will prioritize processing for customized personalized products. However, this will also slow down the delivery time of the product.

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at
checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the
new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will
invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
