When will my order be shipped?
After receiving your confirmed order, we usually send it to our shipping department within 20 minutes, and then pack and ship it within 48 hours.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your YUYUN order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. At the same time, your order status will change to "Shipped". You can also track your order by logging into your YUYUN account, or check the order status online directly on the tracking website using the tracking number we provide.
