What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address. We will email you a new password.
What if I want to change any of my account details (address etc)?
Once logged in, simply go to your Account Dashboard page where you will find a button that will allow you to update any of your account details.
Is my financial information safe?
YUYUN will not receive or store any of your financial information. We use Paypal as a payment gateway, and your credit card and Paypal information will be encrypted, transmitted and managed through Paypal.
Is my personal information safe?
