How to place an order on YUYUN?

Placing an order with us is very simple - of course, choosing the quality teas you want may take some time!

Step 1: Select the category of teas you are interested in. We will then provide you with a list of all teas of that type that we are currently selling.

 

Step 2: Once you have a list of teas in each category, you can click on any individual tea to be taken to the information page for that specific tea.

Step 3: Once you have selected your tea, the next step is to choose the quantity and packaging. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the tea to your tea bag.

 

Step 4: Click on the shopping bag icon to check all the items you have added.

 

Step 5: Select the free samples you are eligible for.

 

Step 6: Click on the "Checkout" button to continue or checkout using Paypal,Airwallex   cash on delivery

Step 7: Log in as a guest or check out (if you are already logged in, you can skip this step)

Step 8: Fill in your delivery information; select the delivery method; you can also use your reward points, discount codes or gift cards (if any). Then click the "Place Order" button and your order will be automatically generated.

 

Step 9: Select the payment method to complete the order

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page and a confirmation email will be sent to you. (Please note, if you cannot find this email, please check if it has been redirected to your spam folder).

If you do not receive the email very soon after placing your order (within a few minutes), it may be due to a delay in your email provider - please wait a few more minutes to see if you receive it. However, if you still have not received the email after 10 minutes, it may be due to one of two reasons:

1. There is a problem with the payment site you are using, which causes the site to not send a payment confirmation to YUYUN.

2. You closed the browser or payment window too quickly, causing the payment site to not have time to complete the transaction.

Both of these situations should be very rare, but if they do happen, please don't worry. Our staff will process new orders within a few minutes of receiving them. If we find a problem, we will manually create an order for you and contact you by email. Of course, you can also contact us.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log in to your YUYUN account and check your order and its status on the "My Orders" page. We will automatically update your order status when it changes, ensuring you always have the latest information. We will also send you an email to inform you of changes to your order status.
