How to become a YUYUN VIP member

YUYUN has a rewards program to give you a discount on your next purchase and to thank you for choosing our products and services. For every $1 you spend at YUYUN (excluding shipping), we will reward you with 5 points, and the more you buy, the more points you earn. The next time you come to YUYUN to buy more tea, every 100 points can be used as a $1 deduction. There is no expiration date for using points. In addition to earning YUYUN reward points for purchasing our teas, we also reward you points when you register, write reviews for trial products, or participate in any promotions.

How do I use my reward points on YUYUN?

When you place an order, you can redeem your points for cash by checking the "Use your xxx points" box on the shopping bag page.

Can I use my Rewards points to place an order?

Once you have accumulated enough Rewards Points, you can redeem them at any time, up to the full value of the merchandise. Rewards Points cannot be used to pay for shipping.

Can I redeem my Rewards points for cash?

No, please note that Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
